PAYMENT

We accept Credit Card payments via Paypal, Bank Deposit, and GCash.

For offline payments, instructions will be emailed after checkout. Your order will be reserved for 2 business days. Email us your proof of payment, and your order will ship on the next shipping day. Need a reservation extension? Just message us here

 

SHIPPING

Orders are fulfilled and shipped on Mondays and Thursdays, excluding holidays.

We ship to most countries worldwide. For Philippine addresses, transit time is 1-3 days. For international addresses, we ship Postal (10-20 business days) and via DHL Express (3-7 business days).

All items ship from Manila, Philippines. We will not be responsible for any late shipments due to transit delays, or lost / misplaced items. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items are carefully inspected prior to shipping. We allow returns under the ff. conditions:

    • Item is defective
    • Item is misrepresented regarding its description or measurements

We also accept size exchanges, subject to availability.

In these cases, email us at info@suneswim.com or message us here within 5 days of receipt of your order. 
Item/s must be returned:

    • In original condition with tags (no stains or marks)
    • With hygiene liner intact
    • Packed in its original packaging

Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will not be responsible for any taxes incurred or lost/stolen returns. 

Please allow 5-7 days for your refund to be processed. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.  

All sales final on sale items.

 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Stocks listed on our website may be subject to change. Despite efforts in synchronizing web inventory with on-hand stock, rare discrepancies may occur. In this case, you will be informed and your payment refunded.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

If an item gets a price reduction or goes on sale within 7 days after purchase, you may contact us for a price adjustment here  or email us at @info@suneswim.com. We will either refund your payment, or you may get Store Credit for your next purchase. 

Price adjustments cannot be applied to further reduced Sale items.
